We found it very difficult to supply high quality coaching with any degree of oversight or continuity and were falling well short of what paying customers might expect from an LTA registered club. 

Tennis squad have quite simply provided us with an 'out-sourced' solution which ticks all the boxes, whether that be regulatory, safeguarding, administrative, hiring of coaches, continuity when coaches are ill, high levels of competency in delivery of coaching and in meeting important requirements when applying for grants. Essentially, we pay for a service which we could not copy without a much heavier cost burden and significant human resource, which we don't have within the club. 

I can honestly say, Tennis Squad are an integral part of our club proposition and I could not imagine running a successful club without their services. We consider them to be part of the management team and they take an active role in the decisions we make.
