We’re an organisation that’s all about people – our players, our coaches, and volunteers. We believe that people are the driving force behind sporting success, and we’re committed to helping them reach their full potential.

We offer a wide range of activities and development programmes to support coaches, assistants and volunteers helping them make the most of their time supporting club programmes and building careers in tennis.

We collaborate with a broad network of project partners, both internal and external – including our own players and clubs, local authorities, our national governing bodies at Tennis Wales / LTA, plus a range of coaches across the UK through ongoing mentoring and collaboration.
