Welfare Officer

The club is delighted to have Sally Ross as club Welfare Officer.  Sally is very approachable and has significant experience in this area as in her working life she works for Children 1st. Details for Sally can be found in the clubhouse or you can contact Sally here to discuss any concerns you may have.

If you have a concern you would like to report directly to Tennis Scotland/LTA you can now do so via the LTA Report a Concern Online Form which is simple and easy to use.

If you believe a child or vulnerable adult is facing an immediate risk of harm and/or may be in a life threatening situation you should call 999 or 101 ( for non-life threatening situations).

Your Privacy

It is also important to BPLTC that your privacy is respected and therefore in line with the new  General Date Protection Regulations that became law in May 2018 the club have a new privacy policy which explains how your personal information will be used when you join the club.
