Safeguarding & Welfare

The LTA & Tennis Scotland have been working to assist affiliated clubs in the production and implementation of robust policies and procedures in a number of important areas to ensure that clubs meet the minimum standards required for registration. To this end, over the course of 2018 the BP Committee has either updated or introduced new policies and procedures in the areas listed in the Important Policy Documents section below.

Welfare Officer

The club are delighted to have Sally Hall as club Welfare Officer.  Sally is very approachable and has significant experience in this area as in her working life she works for Children 1st. Details for Sally can be found in the clubhouse or you can contact Sally here to discuss any concerns you may have.

If you have a concern you would like to report directly to Tennis Scotland/LTA you can now do so via the LTA Report a Concern Online Form which is simple and easy to use.

If you believe a child or vulnerable adult is facing an immediate risk of harm and/or may be in a life threatening situation you should call 999 or 101 ( for non-life threatening situations).
