Cardio Tennis is a high energy group fitness session that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise. Delivering the ultimate full body workout, Cardio Tennis is fun, social and designed to get you moving.
This is an on court workout class with a tennis twist. The focus is on fitness and burning calories, the coach will not teach you how to play the game but minimum instruction will be provided to work through the drills. Please bring a tennis racket, plenty of water and make sure you are wearing comfortable clothes and trainers. Please meet me directly at the tennis courts located at the back of the club’s car park for the start of the class.
