Ts and Cs
Group Coaching Terms and Conditions
- Once you have made your online booking you will need to pay the course fee a week before the first session in the term begins.
- Please use your child's name as reference when making the bank transfer.
- At the end of each term your child will automatically be booked onto the next course of lessons, you do not need to book on.
- Should you ever want to stop please email benhowarthtenniscoaching@gmail.com as soon as possible so that your place can be given to someone on the reseve list.
- In case of the weather making the courts unsafe to play on please look out for messages on Whatsapp.
- If a session has to be cancelled we will look to rearrange where possible in the same term that you have booked in. If this is not possible you will need to email us to receive a credit for the next term.
- Tennis Squad reserves the right to remove participants from its group programme if their behaviour is of detriment to the coaching environment.
