Sarah Hunter is an Iyengar Yoga Teacher who has been teaching since 2016 after passing the rigorous assessment after three years of training.  

I started practising yoga in 2009 with little previous yoga experience and still remember feeling nervous the first time I walked into a class being taught by an Iyengar Yoga teacher.  I worried a lot about being inflexible but soon realised that this did not matter at all.  The Iyengar method of teaching was a perfect fit.  As a result I enjoy adapting my teaching for all abilities, making yoga accessible for all.  Passing the teaching assessment means I can share this enjoyment with everyone who comes to my classes.  

Iyengar Yoga is accessible to anyone and a very safe form of yoga. Regular practice increases supplemess, strength and stamina and improves posture.  

I run the following hour long classes at Broomhill:

Monday morning at 9.45am

Monday evening at 6.50pm

Monday evening at 8.00pm 

Wednesday morning at 10.30am
