FAQ

1. Will anyone in the club be able to book on my behalf?

Answer: Only a Club Administrator.

2. How does a parent book a court for their child who's a member?

3. I don't have access to a computer. Is there another way of booking a court?

Answer: Use the ClubSpark Booker App on your smartphone.

4. I want to use the floodlights but don't have access to the clubhouse?

Answer: The floodlights are controlled by switches – You do not need to access the cabin to switch them on. Click here for how to use

5. How do I cancel a booking?

Answer: Under the member's My Bookings (when online).

6. Is there a charge for booking a court?

Answer: There is no charge for members when booking a court.

7. I haven't booked a court. Can I just turn up and play?

Answer: Yes as a member if a court is free – however if not booked another member can book that court and would take priority. Always advisable to book your court.

8. I'm not getting newsletters... why?

Answer: The most likely reason is that you haven't given consent to be on our mailing list. You can change this permission by following this guide.
