How to book on behalf of a Junior

Parent/Guardians can make bookings on behalf of their children using the child's membership.

The parent/guardian will first need to sign in to ClubSpark as themselves. Once they have done this, they will need to click on their name in the top right corner and select the junior that they are booking on behalf of.

Once the parent/guardian has selected the junior's profile, they will be taken to the following screen:

The parent/guardian will now need to select the court and time/date that they wish to make a court booking on. Once they have chosen, then will click on the slot and the following overlay will appear:

Here they will be able to select the booking duration from the dropdown and enter any other participants if you have the group booking feature enabled.

They will then need to click on the 'Continue Booking' button located at the bottom right of the overlay.

If this is a first time booking, they will be asked to accept the venue's Terms & Conditions along with opting into any consents.

They will then be taken to following confirmation screen; this will also show a breakdown of costs included if the venue charges for court bookings or guest fees. The parent/guardian will be able to make any payments if required and confirm the booking.

Once the booking has been completed, the parent/guardian will be able to make another court booking by clicking on the 'Book Another Court' button or to view all the junior's court booking by clicking on the 'View My Bookings' button.
