Are you a frequent or casual Park Tennis user? We are conducting a Park Tennis Survey to gather insights to plan for the future. Not only will your feedback help us create these plans, but by participating you will have the chance to enter of our prize draw.

2. Win a prize: you will have the chance to enter our prize draw to win a £40 household membership pass. If you already hold a membership pass and win the prize draw, we will extend your pass by another 12months from your expiry date.

How to participate
Participating in our Park Tennis Survey is simple and only takes a couple of minutes. Here is how you can get involved:

2. Complete the questions: average response time is 2 minutes 40 seconds
3. Enter the prize draw: if you wish to enter the prize draw, enter your email at the end of the survey
4. Submit your feedback: thank you for taking the time to participate in the survey

Prize draw: the winner of the prize draw will be drawn after the closing date and notified by email
