Park Tennis Updates

23/04/2025: the LTA are currently working on a log in issue that is incorrectly redirecting pages to https://mylta.my.site.com/s/. If this happens to you, please go back to the venue page you were logging in from and it should auto log you in or allow you to log in correctly. This has happened to our admin team and that workaround does work, the LTA will hopefully have the issue fixed soon.

 

23/04/2025: the booking failures on the LTA website and app during the Easter Holidays, was reported to the LTA who have now found the issue in their system and are working on a fix. We still recommend booking through this ClubSpark page.

 

Pay & Play price increase notification, 11/03/2025: Important to note, charges for the Play and Play price will increase to £5.75 per hour from 1st  April 2025 (25p increase). The Play Tennis Pass price will remain frozen at £40 per year. 

Please read our Charges page before contacting the Council about this change. We will only respond to questions that are not answered by the information on that FAQ page, any new relevant responses which we have not covered will be added to the Charges page.

 

Ongoing reminder: please note the solar batteries are affected by cloudy weather, resulting in occasional access issues if the charge level is not high enough. Once the sun comes out the batteries are charging and the gates are then working as expected. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Park Tennis General Info

  • Stay home if you or your household has covid or symptoms.
  • Guidance can change and restrictions may be reintroduced at any time.
  • During the summer take appropriate steps + care in the heat to stay safe
  • During the winter do not play on ice or snow and do not clear (freezing hazard)
  • Some of the recreation grounds close when the sun goes down, don't be caught out.
  • The LTA log in migration continues to take place, please follow the instructions to complete.

 

Park Tennis Playing Info

  • Dogs are not allowed on the courts at any time.
  • Players use any of the Park Tennis courts at their own risk.
  • Check the weather forecast before booking, by clicking here.
  • Our outdoor Park Tennis courts playability is subject to weather conditions.
  • if you see anyone damaging the facility or climbing the fences please call 101
  • All of the Park Tennis courts are non-floodlit, please ensure your booking is during daylight hours only.
  • The Play Tennis Pass and Pay & Play option are not permitted to be used for the delivery or receipt of coaching or non-tennis play activities.

 

 

How to access the courts – Play Tennis Pass 

Step 1: Sign up for the Play Tennis Pass if you have not already done so 

Step 2: Log in to ClubSpark, to unlock the booking sheet 

Step 3: Select your venue and click "Book a Court" 

Step 4: Select a playing time and click to book 

Step 5: Complete your booking and make a note of your PIN

LTA Elmbridge Tennis League 

Local Tennis Leagues is a place for friendly tennis, where you can meet like-minded people and make new friends. The mixed singles leagues are for anyone aged 18+, no matter your tennis experience.  To take part, download the free LTA app, sign up & pay the LTA £21 entry round fee.

  • Current round: 23rd January - 19th March 2025, on the LTA app
  • Round 2: 3rd April - 28th May 2025 - sign up on the LTA app by 31st March
  • Round 3 - 12th June - 6th August 2025 - sign up on the LTA app by 9th July
  • Round 4 - 21st August - 15th October 2025 - sign up on the LTA app by 18th August
  • Round 5 - 30th October - 24th December 2025 - sign up on the LTA app by 27th October
