Harry Young

Harry has built his tennis coaching career across Scotland and internationally. From 2023 to 2025, he worked as Rackets Professional at Baker’s Bay Club in the Bahamas, where he was responsible for delivering and developing the club’s racquets programmes.

In 2021, Harry held a Tennis Professional position at The Peligoni Club in Greece, delivering tennis programmes, clinics and events for an international membership. During this period, he worked alongside ex-professional players and senior coaches from Queen’s Club, London, developing his on-court delivery and coaching expertise.

Earlier in his career, from 2018 to 2021, Harry coached at Western Tennis Club in Glasgow and Craiglockhart Tennis Centre in Edinburgh, working extensively with players ranging from beginners to performance level. During this time, he also coached and competed with the Glasgow University men’s tennis teams.

From 2015 to 2018, he was an Assistant Coach at Colinton Lawn Tennis Club, delivering junior and adult programmes, camps, tournaments and individual coaching.

Harry’s appointment is on a self-employed basis. While he may continue to undertake coaching work at other venues, Colinton will be his primary club base.
