We run a number of club sessions each week:-

●  Club sessions are inclusive and are a great way for new members to integrate with the club.

●  Most club sessions are held outside, in which case there is no charge for members to attend.

●  In poor weather outdoor club sessions may be moved inside, if there is availability, in which case the cost is £4 for members.
