We offer a wide range of teams, which compete in the local tennis leagues, and that cater for all playing abilities.

Summer is the busiest time for competitive tennis, and we have 5 competitive men’s teams (A-E) and 3 competitive ladies’ teams (A-C) competing in the City Tennis League. If you would simply like to sample competitive team tennis the ladies C team in the City League as well as the Mixed B-team and Men's team in the South Norfolk League are designed to give social tennis players the opportunity to try out competitive tennis.

We also have two Norfolk Tennis veterans’ mixed teams (eligibility is simply being over 50 years of age during 2025). Competition continues through the winter months and we have 4 mixed teams enjoying the additional challenge of winter conditions! The D team in the Winter League is also designed to give social tennis players the opportunity to try out competitive tennis. Sally and Keith Arnold (Diss Tennis Club) have run this very successful and popular Norwich Winter Tennis Association (NWTA) League for many years now.
