Our aim is to cater for as wide a range of standards as possible and to provide a range of opportunities to play tennis whether you are old or young.

For Adults:

If you are looking for competitive match play, our teams play in the Weald leagues, checkout the Teams page.

If teams are not your thing, but you would like something a little more competitive than the club social tennis, we have joined forces with the Lindfield Interclub league.   There are mixed singles and a number of different doubles leagues,   Checkout the details on our league page.

For the less competitive, there are a number of social tennis times for adult members throughout the week, checkout the Club Social Times page. 

We run a number of social tennis competitions throughout the season from April to October and sometimes beyond.   There are usually, but not exclusively American Doubles format.   Checkout our Calendar for the details.

We now have a beginners/improvers group, if you are completely new to tennis, or, perhaps are coming back after a break.   Checkout the Club Social Times page. 

We now have a new Lobster Ball machine which is free for adult members to use.   Book online in the same manner as you book a court.   You must also book and use the machine on either court 1 or 3.

And, of course, as a member, you may play for free as many times as you like throughout the year.

For Juniors and Teennagers

There is an increasingly active junior/teenagers section under the leadership of Jonathan Wood and with coaching provided by Patrick Armstrong.   Check out the Junior coaching pages and the Junior section here.

There is a parents/Teens competition competition on 12 May.   Contact Patrick Armstrong for details.

Members receive a discount on junior coaching.   Simply tell our coach, Patrick Armstrong at the time of booking.

We have a Junior Championship, new for 2023, typically for aged 12 and above, but check exact details with Patrick.
