These booking rules apply to Full, Midweek, Overseas and Student members. Midweek members can book courts on weekdays only.

The key to open the padlocks to access the courts will be kept in the clubhouse’s cupboard with the balls. It hangs on a hook and has an attached large (ish) piece of wood. After you finish please return the key to the clubhouse and place it on the hook.

Introductory, Social and Junior members are unable to book courts.

• Members can make a booking up to 14 days in advance.
• Each booking can last up to 2 hours.
• A player can cancel a booking up until the booking begins.
• Players must cancel unused bookings as a courtesy to other club members.
• A player can book up to 2 two-hour slots every week.

Q: I can’t log in to Clubspark

A: Please email enquiries@downswoodtennis.co.uk  and we will send you an invitation to register

Q: I have received an invitation and registered with Clubspark but all courts are padlocked on the Booking page.

A: In order to book courts you must log in using the same method you used when you originally registered. For example, if you used an LTA login button to register, you would need to always use the LTA button. If you can’t remember how you logged in initially, please get in touch enquiries@downswoodtennis.co.uk
