We have an active club committee that meets four times a year to discuss all matters related to tennis, courts, grounds, clubhouse, social activities and much more. Members of the committee are elected annually at the AGM which is usually held in October or November.

Club members are very welcome and encouraged to attend the AGM to express their views on any/all club matters. Each Full, Mid-Week, Overseas, Student, Honorary and Life Member attending the AGM has one vote on a show of hands.
