DTC Committee

According to the constitution, the management of the club shall be in the entire control of a Committee of a minimum of six Members in addition to the Officers, (who shall be ex-officio members of the Committee), and shall be Chairman, Honorary Secretary, Honorary Treasurer and Match Secretary (but if more than one of these offices is held by a single person, no extra Committee vacancy shall be thereby created). All shall be elected for the year at the Annual General Meeting except that the elected Committee shall have power to fill any casual vacancy.

All the committee give up a great deal of their time on a voluntary basis ensuring the club keeps running and remains an attractive club to belong to whether for social or competitive tennis. In addition to the committee, another small army of volunteers help in various areas, and if they did not, the club would have to spend much needed funds on paying for these services!

The coaching staff are the only non-volunteers in the club as they receive payment for their activity but they play their part in promoting the club and attend open days to boost membership.
