Eastgate Club has a thriving squash section and growing Racketball section with members of all ages and abilities. From lincolnshire’s elite players to our coaching partners Squash Squads juniors. Our relaxing club room and outdoor seating area allows you to enjoy a friendly post match chat and drink while enjoying the view of our eight tennis courts, bowls green and the iconic Lincoln Cathedral.

We also offer standards of squash/Racketball to suit all abilities, with players from beginner to elite county standard. We are proud to be able to put out several teams each week across the Nottingham squash Notts Leagues, Lincolnshire Lincs Leagues and Lincolnshire  Lincs Racketball Leagues (please have a look at the Lincolnshire Leagues website and the Nottinghamshire Leagues website to see how we perform).

Adult coaching/ social sessions

If you are new to the game and looking to improve your skills or just looking for someone to play then there are adult social coaching sessions every Thursday from 6:30-8pm. 45 mins of coach lead drills followed by 45 mins of match practice. Non-members are more than welcome to attend to see the club and facilities and have a go. 

Internal Leagues

We have leagues for both Squash and Racketball within the club where members can compete against other members on a months basis. There are set competitions throughout the year also, including a wooden rackets competition at Christmas, a junior squash Grand Prix event, the Lincolnshire squash handicap, a Racketlon competition where you play your opponent at table tennis, racketball, squash and tennis. And our Squash Club championships in September. 

Coaching Program 

Our junior and adult squash program is run by Squash Squads. Lead by long standing club member and level 2 coach Richard Ashby. Our junior coaching is on Saturday mornings. 9:15-10:00 for under 7’s, 10:00-11:00 for 8-11’s and 11:00-12:00 for 11 plus. Richard also offers 1-1 lessons throughout the week.
