Rother District Council who runs the park require coaches to provide details on their sessions prior to being given permission for these to take place. This is to safeguard the public and would include confirmation they are qualified, insured and are DBS checked to work with children or vulnerable people. Sessions should have a risk assessment to help prevent incidents and accidents occuring and with measures in place to deal with anything that does occur.

Those taking part in sessions should check with the coach that the coach has permission and all of the above in place for their safety. Any operating without suitable safety or safeguarding requirements should be reported to Rother DC.

We will also update this page in the future with details of coaches who have LTA accreditation and have submitted documentation to the council. Currently for 2022/3 Adam Field has submitted coach licencing documentation.
