Rother District Council who manage the park have Egerton Park Tennis Coaching as the sole tennis provider. No other coaching is allowed.

This is to safeguard the public and is part of the LTA/Club spark registration for the courts. All coaches with Egerton Park Tennis are qualified, insured and are DBS checked to work with children or vulnerable people. Sessions will have been risk assessment to help prevent incidents and accidents occuring and with measures in place to deal with anything that does occur. 

Those taking part in sessions should check that the coach has permission and is part of Egerton Park Tennis coaching. Any operating independently and therefore potentially without suitable safety or safeguarding requirements should not be used and be reported to Rother DC
