To attend this session players must know the rules & how to play Padel or have attended an Intro to Padel session before signing up.  This session is perfect for those that have played the game and want to learn the basics, including:-

• Positioning front & back. 
• Basic tactics. 
• Serve & move forward. 
• Basic techniques: - ground strokes, volleys, overheads & lobs.
• How to play off the glass.
• To move as pair.
• How to move to the net.
• How to hold the net.

It is important that you are able to do these before moving on to an improver session.
