Juniors players will learn the rules & how to play Padel aswell as:-
- Positioning front & back.
- Basic tactics.
- Serve & move forward.
- Basic techniques: - ground strokes, volleys, overheads & lobs.
- How to play off the glass.
- To move as pair.
- How to move to the net.
- How to hold the net.
