PILATES

Pilates is a total body work out, accessible to everyone and targets the deep stabilising core muscles including your abdominal, hips, shoulders, glutes, lower & upper back and legs. It is amazing for posture, building strength, stamina and flexibility too and helps reduce muscular tension, joint pain, muscular and skeletal imbalance, resulting in accute pain, including sciatica. 

All class exercises can be adapted, modified, changed, advanced, depending on ability and conditions. This class is helpful to all.

Classes are on Thursday from 18:30 - 19:30 at £8.
