🎾 New for 2025: The Round-Robin Format

We’ve listened to your feedback! To eliminate  "bye-induced" chaos from previous years, we are moving to a Round-Robin Box start.

• Guaranteed Play: Every entry starts in a box of 3 or 4. This means everyone is guaranteed at least 2 matches right from the start.
• No More Waiting: You don't have to wait for other matches to finish before you can start your tournament journey.
• Progression: Advancement to the knockout stage will be determined by total wins within your box.
• Plate Draw: We are currently discussing the inclusion of a "Plate" draw for those who don't progress from the boxes. We will update all entrants once the tournament begins.

🌟 Junior Integration & New Events

We are thrilled to officially welcome our younger stars into the main tournament brackets this year!

• Junior Entries (U16): Juniors are now permitted to enter the main tournament Doubles events, provided they are partnered with an adult.
• Supervision: For safety and fair play, all U16 matches must have a parent or coach in attendance.

New Singles Events: We are introducing dedicated Boys and Girls Singles categories.

• Format: Yellow Ball event.
• Eligibility: Open to players aged 13 and over.

📝 Key Rules & Requirements

To keep the tournament running smoothly, please note the following:

• Membership: All entrants (including Juniors) must be fully paid-up club members to participate.
• Match Scheduling: Once the boxes are published, players are responsible for contacting their opponents and booking courts.
• Deadlines: Box matches must be completed by the specified deadlines to ensure the knockout rounds stay on schedule for Finals Day.
