I&FTC 's  Constitution and Rules were formally adopted at its AGM on 29th March 2011

The Constitution and rules meet LTA requirements for affiliated not-for-profit Tennis Clubs governing management, disciplinary codes, membership and meetings.

Some very minor amendments to the Constitution were agreed at the AGMs on 1st March 2023 and 19th March 2024.

The 2019 AGM took place on 28th February 2019.  (Copy of 2019 minutes attached).

Due to covid, this was the last AGM we were able to hold until normal arrangements returned in 2022 with an AGM on 10th May.  The minutes and reports to the 2022 AGM are attached.  (These minutes were approved at the AGM held on 1st March 2023).
