Previously spent 10 years at the LTA's Regional Academy, Batchwood, St Albans where he was head of talent identification, schools and mini-tennis programme.  This involved coaching players from schools to junior national level.

Has extensive experience of coaching adults both individually and in groups (Tennis Xpress, Tennis Tuesdays, Advantage Tennis & Cardio).
