Padel tennis is coming to Lacey Green!

Work started on 29th April 2025 and we aim to have the court open mid June.

There are various FREE padel tasters for you to try on our Open Day on 21st June.  If you are interested, please follow the detailed instructions on the open day page.  It takes 2 minutes!

Court Booking

The court can be booked by members and non-members.  The cost per hour is £20 off-peak and £26 peak for members.  Non members it is £22 and £28 respectively.  

Peak times are after 5pm weekdays and all day Saturday & Sunday.  Off-peak is 8am-5pm Monday - Friday.

You can hire rackets too!  These are £2 each and the balls are £1.  These are left in a padlocked outdoor box by the courts.  Full details when you book.

You book courts via the Playtomic App (full details in the sub-menu above).  When you have booked a court you will be given a code which you type in on the keypad by the entrance.

Booking periods are 60 minutes or 90 minutes.

Why Are Our Prices So Cheap?

The majority of padel clubs in the UK are commercially run businesses which have paid staff and have to make a return for shareholders.

We are a non profit-making club with no paid staff.  We have also been supported by the Lawn Tennis Association Foundation Trust which is a charity.

Membership Offers

If you would like to join as members of padel or members of both padel and tennis you can join using the Playtomic App.  Again full instructions on the "Playtomic" menu above.

Membership for existing full tennis club members is £30 for adults (Adult full members, family membership & lifetime members of the tennis club).

From 1st July it will be £40

For everyone else it is £60 per adult. 

Membership gives you £2 discount on each booking, discount on some coaching courses, advanced booking period and invitations to all our tennis social activities.
