We were delighted to welcome our MP Greg Smith yesterday morning. Greg formally opened our new padel court and had a go at this new addictive sport.

Bucks Junior Tennis Tournament
We are super proud of Mason, Jacob, Isla and Phoebe who represented the club in the 8&u Mini Red Team Challenge at Bucks Indoor Tennis Centre at the weekend! 🎾🤩 A great learning experience which has motivated them to keep learning and improving! 💪 We hope to enter again next time and offer more competitive opportunities to our juniors moving into 2025! 👍

La Manga 2024
We had a fab time in La Manga, Spain last week 🎾🍻☀️🙂. 9 members enjoyed playing on the lovely clay courts and improving our Padel tennis, perhaps with the occasional beer too! We’ve got even more interest next year from our men’s league teams…. roll on next October! :

Quiz Night On Thursday
Many thanks to everyone who came along and supported our quiz on Thursday night. It was a great success and raised some £850! Thank you to all that helped on the night, in particular our quizmaster Jamie, Jackie, Mike, Nigel, Fiona, Mark & Caroline. Also, St Johns for letting us use the hall.

Bronze Cup Finals
We decided to enter a team for the Aylesbury bronze cup and our brilliant team did fantastically well reaching the finals in Aylesbury on Monday evening. Congratulations to Jo, Linda, Matt & Simon who played so well, but were beaten by a very good Prestwood side. We've enjoyed the whole experience and will be back next year 🎾

Mixed Doubles Tournament
We had a fab mixed tournament on Sunday with some great tennis and a chance to catchup with friends and meet new members. Congrats to Julie Harris & Mike Smith who were our eventual winners 🎾🎉🏆🏆 Members brought some lovely homemade food and special shoutout to Elena who made a gorgeous Greek spinach pie 😋 washed down with a few beers & fizz 🍾🍺 Finally, thanks to Steve for organising. Looking forward to the next one in September!
