The Committee is looking for a new Club Secretary to help to support the club's admin function on a voluntary basis. We are aware that many new members have joined in the last couple of years and hope that some may wish to become more involved in the continuing growth and development of the Club.
The role of Secretary is an essential one within the club and some of the key duties are outlined below. Please let us know if this is of interest and further detail about the position can be discussed with you.

Role to include:
- Prepare and send out Agendas for AGM and Committee Meetings
- Take minutes of AGM and Committee Meetings and forward to appropriate parties
- Point of contact for correspondence
- Renew annual Venue Registration with LTA
- Complete Risk Assessment for the Venue Registration
- Assist with club events as required
