Who are they?
Since the AGM on 5th December 2018 the responsibility for managing Lincolnshire Tennis has been vested in the Management Committee who are soley accountable to the membership through general meetings.
For 2025 they are:-

- Treasurer - Mark Anderson (Unattached)
- Head of Competitions - Richard Cook (Boston TC)
- Head of Teams - Steve Wood (Lincoln Tennis Academy)
- Head of Partnerships & Events - David Jones (Louth T&SC)
- Head of Communications & Marketing - Jade Windley (Tattershall TC)
- Head of Participation & Growth - Rachel Opie (Louth T&SC)
- Head of Coaching & Performance - Jason Revill (David Lloyd Lincoln)
- Head of Development & Facilities - Leanne North (David Lloyd Lincoln, Lincoln TA & Saxilby TC)
- Non Exec - Lianne Firth (Grantham TC) & Penny Daniel (Louth T&SC)
