Tuesday | Adults | Arif | 13.00 to 14.30 No Strings Badminton Pay & Play: £3 members £5 non members | No Strings Badminton is a national participation programme offering low-cost, fun ‘pay-and-play’ sessions at the club. It provides participants with a friendly and welcoming environment to play badminton, socialise and keep fit. |
Tuesday | Adults | n/a | 19.30 to 22.00 All Levels Club Night Pay & Play: £3 members £11 non members | This session is aimed at players of different levels. Players will be matched with their approximate standard. |
Wednesday | Juniors | Yong | 17.00 to 18.00 Beginner & Improver Junior Badminton Term payment. | This session concentrates on key skills for young players and lasts for 10 weeks |
Wednesday | Adults | Yong | 20.00 to 21.30 Development Adult Coaching 10 week programme Term payment. £50 members £80 non members | The course is delivered by a Badminton England level 2 coach who will cover all the essential skills required to play the game including, grips, movement, serving, backhand and forehand play. The coach will focus on building your confidence throughout the course through fun and engaging sessions. The sessions will be segregated into coaching groups for the first hour and then game play for the final half hour. |

Thursday | Adults | n/a | 20.30 to 22.30 Advanced Badminton Club Pay & Play: £3 member £11 non-member | This session is aimed at county and first division badminton players. It comprises club play. Saturday | Juniors | Yong | 18.00 to 19.00 Group coaching 7-11yrs Pay & Play: £3 members £7 non members | This is our junior participation offer. These weekly sessions provide players with a fun and sociable badminton experience. The sessions are open to playing ability. |
Saturday | Juniors | Yong | 19.00 to 20.00 Group Coaching 12-17yrs Pay & Play: £3 members £7 non members | Players will be segregated and matched according to their ability. Players will have a positive experience and hopefully develop a lifelong love for the sport. The programme is designed to teach the correct badminton skills and will involve coaching and play sessions. |
Sunday | Adults | Arif | 16.00 to 18.00 All Levels Group Lesson Pay & Play: £5 members £10 non members
| This session focuses on key skills but also incorporates badminton drills, that is functional training. It is a fun session but at the same time, it includes positive analysis of a player’s racket skills and movement. It caters for all levels of ability. |
Sunday | Juniors | TBC | 16.00 to 18.00 County Junior Training Pay & Play: £2 members £7 non members | This session is an opportunity for young players to further their badminton journey and gain experience by playing against other young players of the same ability. Some sessions will be run by Lancashire County Badminton coaches and others will be match play and the cost will be determined by the County. County Standard Juniors. |
