Intro to Padel - 1 hour session.

This fun, social, and super-accessible session is the perfect way to get started. You'll learn the essentials, pick-up game-changing tips, and be rallying in no time - no experience needed. All equipment is provided free of charge.

All courses are 1 coach to 4 players, so you get tons of court time, personalized feedback, and lots of engagement.

Private Group sessions for you and your freinds - Whether you are just starting out or playing regularly you can schedule a group session. Grab 2 or 3 of your favourite people and take over the court.  You can book your own Intro 2 padel session or follow the format of one of the sessions below. Choose to learn specific padel shots, get match play advice, tactics or positioning, whatever you need our coach can help.

Padel Overheads Control

Bandeja - A tactical controlled overhead shot used to maintain the net

Gancho - As above when the ball is over the non hitting shoulder

Padel Overheads Attack

Vibora - An aggressive attacking shot played near the 2nd or 3rd post to force an error or an easy volley. 

Flat Smash - A hard flat shot hit in parallel on an easy ball when your opponent is close to the back glass.
