CARDIO
A high-energy, fun and fast-paced workout on court! Each session is built around a weekly theme, using dynamic drills and live rallies to keep you moving, competing and improving. Expect lots of hitting, plenty of points, and a great cardio burn — all in a supportive, motivating atmosphere.
Perfect for players who want to get fitter while sharpening their tennis skills.
BEGINNER
The beginner’s group is for those who are new to or returning to the game. Focusing mostly on technique and developing rallying skills.
IMPROVER
The improver group is for those who are comfortable with serving and rallying. Looking to develop control of the ball, new shots and match play.
INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED
The Intermediate/Advanced group is for those who are able to rally through open based drills and are confident Matchplay players. These sessions will be focused on open based drills and matchplay situations.
