Beginner group (tennis express)

Picking up the racquet for first time, concentrating on learning the basic stroke techniques. Our course is a fun innovative way to help get adults started.
Mondays 11-12 noon - £70
Mondays 7-8pm - £70
Sundays 9-10:30am - £105

Improver group

Added pace to ground strokes and serve and introduction to spin with swing and pace variation. Suitable for improvers who would like to brush up on their tennis skills with the aim of becoming full members.
Mondays 12-1pm - £70
Mondays 8-9pm - £70
Sundays 10:30am-12pm - £105

Cardio-tennis 
Cardio Tennis is a high energy group fitness session that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise. Delivering the ultimate full body workout, Cardio Tennis is fun, social and designed to get you moving.

Weekly drop-in drill sessions
