Our Mens1 team moved into mid table safety with a solid 4-0 win at Twyford on Sunday morning, with pairs of Rob/Cameron and Tim/Colin (picture above) winning all 4 matches without dropping a set.

The outing was a last club match for Rob Ventin, ahead of his exciting new role coaching in Perth, Australia, which he leaves the UK for on 10th February.

Rob's been a fantastic addition to SLTC's coaching programme, as well as a popular member, playing for both Mens and Mixed 1 teams over the past 3 seasons. He'll be missed by members and team colleagues alike, although his fabulous new opportunity is one not to be missed as we all look forward to hearing how he gets on in due course.
