Sonning Tennis club provide tennis opportunities for all age groups and all standards of play. Above all, members are encouraged to support and respect other players. The club's policies are defined with these principles in mind.

Our Welfare Officer, David Beilby is responsible for promoting safeguarding, and ensuring a safe environment at our club for all members and guests.

Child Protection Information - In order to provide a safe club for all junior members and to keep members and parents/guardians up to date with club activities, the club needs all members to provide some information about each junior member.
Parents/guardians of all members aged 18 and under – please complete the Child Protection Form for each junior member whether they will attend coaching or not. This should be completed in the club's membership system - MemberMojo - where each member (or linked member within a family group) has their own set of information, held in a secure data environment certified by the system provider. Please note that the information given will be stored by the club's Welfare Officer and Membership Secretary in line with the club’s Privacy Policy.
