A brand new defibrillator is in place, attached to the clubhouse at Sonning LTC in King George V Playing Field and ready to be used in case of an emergency. The machine has been positioned on the side of the clubhouse, near to the cricket nets and football pitch, so it is easily seen and readily available for any park users.

Sonning Tennis Club's committee arranged the implementation and are hugely grateful to Sonning Scarecrow Fund, who stepped in to fully fund both the purchase and implementation of the machine for the potential benefit of the local community.

The machine has been registered ready for use with the national defibrillator organistion The Circuit - the national defibrillator network - and it can be found on the network Defib finder – find the defibrillators nearest you.
