We welcome anyone that wants to come and try the game of bowls or those looking for a club in which to play.

Bowling takes place Monday to Saturday. Each day there is a social afternoon when members turn up at 1:45pm for a 2:00pm start.  We take a tea break around 3:15pm when we all break for around 15 minutes to partake of refreshments and a general social chat before resuming on the green until around 4:45pm. We welcome guests to the club who can loan some bowls if they don't have any of their own. There is guest fee of £5 for each days play.  Guests are always welcome to come and join in, except for match days, when you can come and watch the games. Membership of the club allows you to play 6 days a week during the bowling season, weather permitting. In addition to the social afternoons members can book to play on the green in a morning or evening.

Various annual in-house competitions are played on selected Thursdays. Friendly matches are also arranged with other clubs home and away and there is a team that plays in the Baddesley Miners Mid-week League. The season ends with a member Presentation Lunch normally in November.

During the bowling closed season we run a social afternoon on a Thursday where members meet and play various games like dominoes, cards, scrabble, etc.  During this closed season we also play table tennis on Tuesday & Friday afternoons.
