SALTC Big Quiz 2025 - Friday 14th November

Doors open 7pm, pencils at the ready 7:30pm. We will be having a fun time whilst raising much needed funds for a local charity (further details to follow). 

MC for the evening will again be Neil Bolt, who with his very able assistant Elaine, both did a sterling job last year, and we anticipate more of the same (if not improved!) witty banter and challenging quiz questions. 

One table will be a maximum of 8 quizzers, at a fee of £4 per head.  There will be a raffle and a collection bucket and if you are able, please consider giving generously.  If anyone has any prizes that can be donated for the raffle, please contact Wendy Cooper. If you are unable to attend but still wish to donate a raffle prize, this will be gratefully accepted.

So, your mission is to get a team together, pick a ridiculous name, pick a captain, captain to contact Wendy via WhatsApp 07588 541455 and captain to collect the 'table fees'. If you don't have a team, but wish to come anyway, Wendy will try and add you to a table to round up the numbers. We will have a maximum of 10 tables, but may squeeze in more if we can! We will use both rooms if needed and position Neil in between both.

We have a fully stocked, very reasonably priced bar so please, support the bar, support the charity. We will have volunteer bar staff for this event so we request you do not bring your own alcohol/drinks but of course, you can bring snacks/nibbles etc.
