Notes from the coach
12 weeks long course and a two hour session, including 20 minutes S&C. Monday 10-12U+ is for players aged 12U playing competent green and yellow ball - players who can serve, rally and score. Competent players who are looking to play in our teams, improve all aspects of their game and be part of a squad of like-minded youngsters. For beginners and improvers please find 'yellow' not 'yellow+'.
