About the club
Coronavirus update: The club is open for playing tennis but there are restrictions in place. For the latest summary about how we are allowed to play, please go to this page: https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/bamfordtennis/Coronavirus
Our coronavirus page contains our most up to date information and supersedes information you find below. We have left the information below for interest only, if you want to know how the club operates under more 'normal' conditions.
The club is a not-for-profit organisation run by volunteers. We are affiliated to the LTA.
We have 4 hard courts, one of which has floodlights. There is plenty of parking at the club and a characterful clubhouse that provides the basic facilities necessary to support tennis.
Both the car park and clubhouse are kept locked when the club is not in use. The floodlights are accessed via the clubhouse. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to know the combination for the padlock on the car park gate, order a key for the clubhouse or find out how to use the floodlights. Please note, there is a small fee to cover cutting new keys and running the floodlights.
We do not hire out courts to non-members because of insurance constraints. We can arrange short-term membership for people visiting the area e.g. on holiday. Please select the fortnightly membership package on the membership page.
Our policies on diversity and inclusion, safeguarding and whistleblowing are available to download.
