Come help us celebrate the re-opening of Court 4. Everyone's invited!
- Bank holiday Monday 4th May
- Grand Opening (ribbon cutting) of Court 4 at 2.30pm
- Open day 2-4pm
- Have a go on the new court
- Join in free coach-led tennis and pickle ball activities
- Meet old and new members
- Drink tea and eat cake, of course.
We'd love to see you there!

Bamford Tennis Club
We’re a small, friendly club with four outdoor courts in the Peak District’s beautiful Hope Valley. Whether you want to play competitive matches or social tennis, you are very welcome to join us.
Use this website to:
- Apply for or renew your membership
- Find out how to Pay and Play by the hour if you are not a member
- Have a go at pickleball (book Court 4 to do this)
- Book a court, which everyone has to do before playing
- Find out about the different ways of playing at the club
- Come down and use the hitting wall by yourself if you haven't got anyone to hit with (book Court 1 to do this)

How to find us
The club is situated off Water Lane S33 0DA, just south of the village of Bamford, Hope Valley.
On Station Road/A6013 that runs from Sickleholme Service Station to Bamford village, after Swallowholme Camping & Caravan Park turn left into Water Lane, a small lane with Network 3D and Riverside Garage premises at the corner. Once on Water Lane, cross a narrow bridge. Bamford Tennis Club is the first right after the bridge, opposite the Rec.
