Bamford Tennis Club
We’re a small, friendly club with four outdoor tennis courts in the Peak District’s beautiful Hope Valley, and now two pickleball courts too as of May 2026! Whether you want to play tennis or pickleball, competitive or social, you are very welcome to join us.

How to find us
The club is situated off Water Lane S33 0DA, just south of the village of Bamford, Hope Valley.
On Station Road/A6013 that runs from Sickleholme Service Station to Bamford village, after Swallowholme Camping & Caravan Park turn left into Water Lane, a small lane with Network 3D and Riverside Garage premises at the corner. Once on Water Lane, cross a narrow bridge. Bamford Tennis Club is the first right after the bridge, opposite the Rec.
