Safeguarding

Edgbaston Archery & Lawn Tennis Society is committed to prioritising the wellbeing of children and adults at risk, promoting safeguarding in our club at all times to ensure a positive and enjoyable playing experience. As a club, we have agreed a safeguarding policy statement and a set of policies to help everyone to have a positive tennis experience and to make sure that the well-being of everyone, and particularly children and adults at risk, is prioritised. Our full Safeguarding Policy (updated August 2022) can be accessed here

The Welfare Officers at EALTS, Dave Busst and Jane Wilton, have the role of being a point of contact for any welfare concerns, for promoting safeguarding within the club, and to help create an environment that is safe and inclusive for everyone.

I’m a long standing member of the club (for nearly as long as Dave!).  Please do say hello and get in touch with either of us on any welfare concerns you may have.
