Boys 18 & U Singles / Boys 13 & U Singles 
Girls 13 & U Singles / Girls 18 & U Singles

Please do not enter if you are not available on finals day. Play by and Contact dates (See rule 3) must be adhered to – if not players / teams will be scratched.

1 The Tournament will be conducted under the rules of lawn tennis and the rules and regulations of The Lawn Tennis Association.

2 Entries must be received by not later than 8pm on  19th May 2025

3 Both Players / Teams must contact each other no later than 10 days of the draw. If you fail to contact your opponent(s) by this time you will be scratched. So yes this could be both parties. Please respond to texts, emails, voicemails. No Contact , no play!

4 Both players / teams must provide suitable balls for the match.

5 All events will be 2 tie break sets with a match tie break played as the deciding set. In the event of inclement weather the scoring format may be altered.

6 Players must enter the result on the draw sheet on the clubhouse wall, tell Paul and then contact their next opponent(s).

7 The draw may be sent out to players on request.

8 The committee reserve full power to modify the program, including the power to refuse any entries without reason.

9 No complaint in connection with the tournament can be entertained by the committee unless in writing and lodged within 48 hours of the occurrence.

10 For age group events please check LTA competition age group guidelines for eligibility.

12 The LTA Code of Conduct will be strictly applied, and players expected to comply with a reasonable dress code and play at their own risk.
