Safeguarding

The ongoing well-being, health and safety of our members and guests is critical to the successful operation of our club. Magdalen Park LTC abides by the rules, regulations and policies as set out by the LTA.

MPLTC welfare officer
Sally Scoon is the welfare offficer at MPLTC.
In her role as welfare offer, Sally works to promote safeguarding, diversity and inclusion and ensure compliance with the LTA's minimum standards for venue registration.
The overriding aim is to ensure that children, young people, adults at risk and all other members are safe when at the club.

Accident Reporting System
When an accident occurs:
- First Aider - Mike Francombe: mikefrancombe@btinternet.com
- First Aid Box is kept next to the light token machine in the clubhouse and plasters are kept behind the bar
- The incident must be written up in the Accident book which is kept in the red safeguarding box
