Class Schedule - Summer Half Term 1

Extra Summer Classes and  'Academy Packages' available. 

A single class time can be booked in a block as before or parents /players can book an 'Academy package' which allows players to access all classes in that category during the half term. Our aim is to give players the opportunity to train multiple hours per week at great value and reach their potential.

Why send your child to Optimal Tennis?

We aim to help children achieve excellence through our tennis coaching programme and pride ourselves on accelerating the learning process through our low class sizes, and syllabus combining 'Constraints Based Learning' and optimising biomechanical efficiency through a 'Brad Langevad, Sports Biometrics' inspired technical syllabus.

We always welcome new starters and are always looking to grow the game of tennis. If you are interested in your child starting lessons with us, please get in touch so we can discuss your child's individual requirements. 

If your child has not done classes with us before please provide their, Name, Date of Birth, Email Address, Emergency Contact Name and Number, Details of any Special or Medical Requirements. 

Please note, the LTA has rebranded / restructured classes previously referred to as 'Mini Tennis or Junior Tennis' as 'LTA Youth'.

Terms and Conditions

  • All Bookings are made in accordance with these terms and conditions and anyone booking a class will be deemed to have read and understood these. If you need clarification on any of the terms and conditions, please email Optimaltennisleeds@gmail.com
  • Children are expected to behave appropriately and in accordance with the Optimal Tennis Code of Conduct, click to view here
  • Bookings are per class and for block specified in the schedule above.
  • If you have booked an 'Academy Package' you/your child is entitled to attend all classes within that category of classes. 
  • The booking gives the child the entitlement to attend the specified class at the designated dates and times.
  • Should a child or adult have booked a block of single sessions but they are unable to make a particular class, Optimal Tennis may at it's own discretion attempt to find a suitable alternative class for the child in lieu of the missed class/es. This relies on their being a suitable alternative class/es with space in it. There is no obligation on Optimal Tennis to provide an alternative class and no refund will be given if the class took place at the specified date and time.
  • All bookings are final and will only be altered at the discretion of Optimal Tennis. 
  • If a particular session does not take place at the time and date specified for whatever reason (eg the facility being shut due to heavy snow) your child will be offered a 'make up' class at another time or a deduction on the following block of classes or be allowed to attend the number of classes that did not take place in the next block of classes in lieu of the missed classes without further charge.
  • If classes don't take place as part of the 'Academy Package', whether for bad weather or any other reason, there is no entitlement to a 'make up' class. Optimal Tennis will use it's best endeavours to ensure as many of the scheduled classes as possible go ahead at the time stated and classes will ordinarily only not go ahead in the case of bad weather. 
  • Optimal Tennis reserves the right to cancel any class in it's entirety or at any time. In the event of cancellation by Optimal Tennis a refund will be given to the value of any sessions in the original booking that did not take place.
