Rules for booking 

(Please read all the rules below before attempting to book)

1. This booking system is only for Royston Tennis Club
    Members who have purchased a key for the courts.

2. Guests
     ......a. Guests must be acccompanied by at least one adult club member.
     ......b. Guests must be booked to play on the booking system.
     ......c. There is no charge for a guest
     ......d. No club balls are to be used as per normal booking rules.
     ......e. Members need to ensure their guests wear the correct footwear on court.
     ......f. No guests at club sessions (unless they are trialing the club).
     ......g. Social or junior members cannot book courts to bring guests.
     ......h. Guests are only permitted to attend a maximum of 2 times in one year.                                       

3. Please use you own tennis balls. The Clubs Mini Tennis nets are NOT to be used without
    the coaches supervision.

4. Please ensure the Courts are locked if you are the last to leave.

5. In the unlikely case of a clash of bookings, coaching sessions, matches and club sessions will take priority over individual bookings. 

6. Courts may only be booked 14 days ahead. Maximum number of bookings is 3 sessions per week. Each session is a maximum of 2 hours.

7. We suggest you take a printout of your court booking with you to the courts. 

8. Floodlights are available for coaching sessions, club matches and club sessions. They are also available for individual bookings . Please see full Floodlight instructions on the website. 

 
9. If you have to cancel your booking please do so on the site immediately so other members may book this slot.
