1. All players will get the opportunity to attend an alternate lesson if they don't want to attend in the wet / cold weather*. For example, if your child usually attends our Monday 4:30pm Orange class and the lesson goes ahead despite adverse weather, check out the link below and message Head Coach Danny to arrange an alternate lesson FREE OF CHARGE on different day of the week (e.g. Tuesday, Thursday, Friday Saturday or Sunday) (click here for the options). Danny will then confirm which date your child can attend in lieu. 

This means you're not losing out due to poor weather.

2. Please note that although we cannot give refunds for group lessons missed due to illness or simply not being available, if at least 72 hours notice is given, players may 'double up' on lessons upon request. For example, this means that a child can attend an extra Thursday Mini Orange lesson alongside their usual Sunday Mini Orange lessons on the same week, permitted that sufficient spaces are available. 

3. If players involved in Adult group lessons provide at least 72 hours notice of absence, they will receive credit to be put towards future group lessons for their missed lesson, up to a maximum of 2 lessons per term. Contact Danny for more information.
