Adult Coaching

Tenace coaching offer 6 week courses for Level 1-Beginners, Level 2- Improvers and Level 3- Intermediate players which aim to develop your games and give you an opportunity to take your game to the next level (Please read definitions in ' Coaching courses ' to find your level). We run Cardio Tennis sessions, which is a great fitness session and you do not need any tennis experience or skill set. This session is done to music and you could lose up to 800 calories in a session.
