Tenace coaching offer 6 week courses for Level 1-Beginners, Level 2- Improvers and Level 3- Intermediate players which aim to develop your games and give you an opportunity to take your game to the next level (Please read definitions for each course before booking).

Level 3- Intermediate

This course is for those players who play regularly or have played a lot previously. You should be able to use a variety of spin on all strokes and can use these skills whilst in a rally or competitive situation. TenACE Coaching want to further develop the technical skills you have whilst putting them in live game situations. We will also look at the tactical side of the game and detail decision making in defensive, neutral or attacking situations in both doubles and singles. This is a much more fluid course and will try and meet the needs of the players booked onto the course.
